People often contribute in memory of a beloved pet, and some companies have matching donor programs that can double the effectiveness of a contribution. A contribution is always appreciated and is tax deductible as allowed by law. In addition, CAPP is a member of the Capital Region State Employees Federated Appeal (SEFA), #50-00110; the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), #55387; and the GE Foundation’s Matching Gifts Program, #2764798. Honorary Gifts
When considering gifts for birthdays, holidays and other special events, you can honor friends and loved ones with a tax-deductible donation to CAPP. Honorees will receive a unique greeting card informing them that you made a donation to CAPP in their name and a picture and description of a pet currently in our care. We require a minimum $15 tax-deductible contribution for each acknowledgment address and we must receive your request at least one week prior to the card’s requested delivery date.
