Who We Are

Companion Animal Placement Program (CAPP) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, all volunteer animal rescue organization located in the Albany, New York area. CAPP provides support to pet owners, animal shelters and other animal rescue organizations by assisting in the rescue and placement of homeless pets.

What We Do

Since 1998, CAPP volunteers have been involved in re-homing more than 3,200 pets (mainly dogs and cats) and have spayed/neutered over 2,200 pets.
